Pricing

How much does it cost?+

$699 to set up and $59 a month. That covers design, build, hosting, security, and 3 hours of edits every year.

What if I need more than 3 hours of edits?+

Extra edit time is $69/hour, billed in 15-minute blocks. We'll always quote bigger changes upfront so nothing is a surprise.

Can I buy the website outright?+

Yes — a flat $2,500 buyout, at any time. You get the full source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images), exported as a clean package you can host anywhere.

What do I actually own after the buyout?+

Everything that makes up your site: the design, the layout, the code, and all the content and images we built it with. Your domain is already in your name. After buyout, you (or any developer you hire) can host it, edit it, and change it however you like. Ongoing hosting, security updates, and edits become your responsibility unless we agree on a separate support plan.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. Domain renewal (~$15/year) is the only cost outside our pricing, and it's billed directly by your registrar in your name.

Can I pay annually?+

Yes — pay for a full year upfront and save 7.5%. That's $655 for the year instead of $708.

Do I have to pay the full setup fee upfront?+

We split it into two parts: half to start the project, half when the site goes live. Monthly hosting starts after launch.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Invoices are sent electronically and you can pay online.

Is there a contract?+

Yes — a 12-month minimum on the monthly plan to cover the build and care. After that it continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. You can also buy out the site at any point during or after the contract.

How it works

How long does a build take?+

Most small business sites are ready in 3–5 business days, often sooner. We give you a firm date in writing before you commit.

What do you need from me?+

Your logo, a few photos, and the details you want on the site — services, hours, contact info, testimonials, anything that helps visitors choose you. We'll also ask about your budget if you'd like pricing guidance, and we'll suggest URL options if you don't already own a domain. Don't worry if you don't have everything; we'll guide you through it as part of the project.

Will I see progress along the way?+

Yes. You'll see real progress every week and a working preview link you can share with anyone.

Can you redo my existing site?+

Yes — we rebuild older sites all the time, without losing your Google ranking or content.

Do you write the content for me?+

We write clear, friendly copy based on what you tell us about your business. You can also provide your own text and we'll clean it up so it reads well online.

Will my site work on phones?+

Every site we build is responsive, meaning it adjusts automatically for phones, tablets, and desktops.

Will people find me on Google?+

We set up the technical basics — fast loading, proper titles, mobile-friendly layout, and structured data — so Google can read and rank your site. Ongoing SEO campaigns are not included, but the foundation is solid.

Can I update the site myself?+

Routine text and image updates are included in your plan. For bigger changes, we quote upfront. If you want full control, the buyout option gives you the code.

What if I don't have a logo?+

We can work with simple text-based logos or point you toward affordable logo designers. You don't need a perfect brand to get started.

Ownership & support

Do I own my domain?+

Yes — your domain stays in your name with your registrar. We just help you set it up.

What happens if I want to leave?+

Your domain and content come with you — those are yours from day one. The site itself (design, layout, code) stays with us unless you take the $2,500 buyout, which gives you the full exported site to host wherever you like.

Who do I contact for help?+

Direct replies from our team, by email or text. Most things get answered within a few hours during the day.

What if something breaks?+

Hosting, security and uptime are on us. If anything goes wrong on our end, we fix it — no extra charge.

Where is the site hosted?+

On fast, secure cloud hosting with SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring included. We handle all the technical setup.

Can I use my own domain?+

Absolutely. If you already own one, we'll connect it. If not, we'll help you pick and register one in your name.

What if I need something that's not listed?+

Ask us. Custom features, extra pages, booking systems, and integrations are often possible. We'll tell you honestly if it's within scope or needs a separate quote.

Design & content

How many pages do I get?+

The standard setup includes up to 5 pages — typically Home, About, Services, Work examples, and Contact. Need more? We can add them.

Can I see designs before we start?+

We work from a simple, proven structure rather than endless mock-ups. You get a live preview link early so you can see the real site in a browser and give feedback.

Do you use templates?+

We use a clean, flexible starting framework and customize the colours, fonts, layout, and content to match your business. Nothing looks cookie-cutter.
